A gem of a place. Beautiful space with such a wonderful restoration of the old brought into the new. It was spacious and clean. I loved that we could do our laundry there as we were on a lengthy trip. Communication was quick and as needed. The upstairs guests arrived late (10:30pm) So, while I understand that they needed to settle in, the noises (of a usual older house...creeking floors and water running etc) could have been an issue. But thankfully they settled in quickly and we were able to sleep well. Just be aware that you will hear noises from above. But it really was not a huge deal!

The location was perfect! Easy to get around all of St Paul. Restaurant options close enough to walk! Very easy to communicate with Austin and Elizabeth ~ always responded immediately. Very comfortable and homey. Loved the space and location! I will definitely return! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, vintage home. The house is beautifully maintained and full of character, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Street parking was easy, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet yet walkable, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The host was extremely responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space worked out perfectly for us, even with our 6-month-old baby. As with many homes that are over 100 years old, you can hear quite some footsteps from the unit above — but that’s to be expected and didn’t detract from our experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we’d be happy to return.

Beautiful vintage well maintained home. We had a problem when I left my phone in the home and had to use my daughters to get the code and they quickly answered and remedied the problem which was much appreciated as our Twins tickets were on my phone also. Thanks for letting us use your home!

I will sum up my stay, thus. This is probably my fourth stay in a row since my first visit many months ago. I’m frequently in town from California, and this is my go to place to stay. I would recommend Austin and Elizabeth as hosts and their beautiful Little house, to anybody.
