Really beautiful interior, warm and cozy vibe are enjoyable living here! The hosts really responsive, helpful and kind. Even though the entrance are a bit surprising since we need to walk downstairs, but the place deserves it! There will be some noises from upstairs and street during daytime, but at night it’s all peaceful.

We loved the location of The Marshall Landing. We stayed for nearly a month while working temporarily in the area. It worked great for us! Super clean and quiet. Austin and Elizabeth made it easy to check in and were very responsive to pass us local guidance when a snowstorm hit! Thank you for the nice stay.

We always know that when you stay at Austin and Elizabeth’s properties..they will be 5 star!! We have stayed in 2 of their units and they are always pristine, fully equipped, show exquisite attention to detail. The beds and linens are comfy the decor welcoming and always a fresh smell in the air!

Quaint & historic little place. Had exactly everything we needed & well located for what our travels were for. Hosts were always quick to response & were friendly in our conversations. Should my travels bring us back-we will stay here again. Highly recommend!

A perfect house in a great family friendly neighborhood. My family and I stayed here for one month for work. We have two young kids and this house was perfect for us. Had a gated front yard that was private. We could walk to the park everyday right on our street. It was clean, safe, cozy, updated and just had a great energy that really felt like home. They were on it with anything we needed. This location is really close to so much and after exploring much of Pensacola Cordova park was really one of the nicer areas. Everything felt so clean and I’m very picky about this. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Austin and Elizabeth were great hosts! It was perfect for my mom & I. The place looked like the pictures, was clean and cozy, and had great appliances! Felt like home and the hosts were incredibly responsive!

Responsive hosts, and on top of aiding with the check-in process. House is located in a good area. Great proximity to anything you may need. The home was a bit on the cold side even with the radiators turned up, but my group visited on the coldest weekend of the year. So I’m pretty sure that had something to do with it. Overall, satisfied with my stay. I would recommend this location to someone looking for a pretty central spot to spend some time.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor was very warm and welcoming. Austin and Elizabeth were very responsive and helpful with any questions and requests, along with being professional and friendly. They were genuine with wanting our stay to be perfect and wanted to help in anyway they could.

Austin and Elizabeth were great hosts! Their AirBnB was clean, cozy, and stocked with all basics that you would need to have a comfortable stay. Check in and check our was easy and clear with directions. They checked in with us and responded quick with any needs or questions we had. Thank you!! Would stay here again!

Great rental; very well appointed and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and a quick drive to the charming downtown area. Elizabeth and Austin are the best hosts, excellent communication and extremely responsive.
