The cottage is just minutes from downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach (and all the other wonderful beaches), the primary shopping district in the area, breweries, restaurants, outdoor adventures, and so much more.

RING DOORBELLS: We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted. PETS: If you would like to bring your pup with you, we can accommodate 1 dog per reservation upon approval only. Your pup must be on the reservation with the DAILY pet fee ($50 PER day) paid prior to arrival or you will be subject to an additional charge plus the nightly pet rate. If this option for your stay applies, the total fee will be requested through the Airbnb app or website's "Resolution Center" AFTER your reservation is accepted. This separate charge will need to be processed within 24 hours of being requested. Please review our House Rules for additional instructions that allow us to continue to be fido friendly! *No rabbits. No cats. No other animals allowed, even though we love them all. Austin and Elizabeth were both so welcoming! They checked in on us shortly after check in to make sure all was well. They provided us with a "things to do" list which was very helpful! The place we stayed in was perfect! We were so comfortable that we often cooked or brought our meals back to the property to eat! We felt self in our location and having our hosts nearby added to that feeling of comfort! We plan on booking them again soon!

The best AirBnB experience in my 10+ years of using AirBnB. I couldn’t believe how clean the property was from the kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. Very nicely decorated place with all the right things you need to make yourself at home. The kitchen had everything we needed (and they were clean and new)! The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The three beds were very comfortable with clean beddings. We had a dog with us, and the host had prepared dog bowls which was a nice touch. I will try to stay at this place whenever we visit Pensacola in the future.
