We traveled to Pensacola for my mother’s 96th Birthday and Palm house was breath of fresh air. We had to cancel an original reservation at a different location due to an unfortunate maintenance issue. Lucky for us Austin and Elizabeth were able to accept us at the last minute. Their home was perfect. Beautifully upgraded home, fantastic modern furnishings. Perfectly located to everything we wanted to do.

We had an amazing time in Pensacola, and Austin & Elizabeth's place was perfect for our friend group of 8! It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and so close to the public beaches, lots of great restaurants, and the downtown area - honestly the best of both worlds! Austin & Elizabeth were incredibly friendly and responsive for questions prior to and during our trip, and made our planning process smooth and stress-free. It definitely was hot (late May with a fixed thermostat to 74) so we had to get some box fans to keep the house cool, but it was worth it to have such easy access to all Pensacola had to offer for a great price. I was a little apprehensive at first about the proximity to another AirBNB on the property, but they did it up right - a quality privacy fence, secured laundry access doors, and very efficient parking set up. We felt very comfortable and taken care of! We would definitely stay here again! :)
