This place is a wonderful place to stay with your family. Cordova park is very nice, safe, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to stay again!

Family of 6 had no problem in this space. Place was perfect. Clean and well thought out. Host even allowed an early check-in when I got into town a little sooner than expected. Nice neighborhood and nearby restaurants. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive—any questions we had were answered quickly. The place was very clean and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The unit is on the bottom level of a home with a separate unit; since we were upstairs, we were initially concerned we might make too much noise or be able to hear others, but we didn’t hear a thing during our stay, hopefully those staying below can say the same 😅. It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience—would definitely stay again!

EXACTLY AS PICTURED! I would definitely book here again. Everything was exactly as pictured. This house was conveniently located to Pensacola Beach (15 minutes drive). I much prefer staying here because of the price compared to being on the beach, plus the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We visited Fort Pickens and Destin while we were here, plus we were in town during the Blue Angels show which was a happy accident. The guest house was rented but there was plenty of space for parking and they were super friendly and quiet. They did use the shared laundry but we honestly never even heard them at all. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. This was our first trip to Pensacola and we will definitely be back. If you’re in the area and looking for a hotel or place to stay that is affordable and you don’t mind a 15 min drive to the beach, then I definitely recommend this place.

nice quiet little cove. lindstrom is very close by and the dock is deep enough to park a boat at. We boated all weekend and there are a couple boat up restaurants.

Beautiful vintage well maintained home. We had a problem when I left my phone in the home and had to use my daughters to get the code and they quickly answered and remedied the problem which was much appreciated as our Twins tickets were on my phone also. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Austin and Elizabeth’s place was a great/lovely place to stay for a week vacation! It was definitely close to everything you could possibly need. I definitely recommend it! 😊

Austin and Elizabeth’s home was perfect for our needs. It is exactly as described on listing. The location is great! Short drive to beach, downtown Pensacola and so many great restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked. Having a desk in one of the bedrooms was especially helpful. They were great communicators and very understanding - even when I had to tell them we broke a small lamp. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

My family (wife+ 3 kids) had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. We live in the cities and just needed a place to get away for a weekend while we were selling our house. We enjoyed being right on the lake, although the water was too weedy to swim. There is a wonderful beach/park a mile away. However I did catch some nice bass right off dock. Host was very responsive and left clear instructions. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We traveled to Pensacola for my mother’s 96th Birthday and Palm house was breath of fresh air. We had to cancel an original reservation at a different location due to an unfortunate maintenance issue. Lucky for us Austin and Elizabeth were able to accept us at the last minute. Their home was perfect. Beautifully upgraded home, fantastic modern furnishings. Perfectly located to everything we wanted to do.
